A distinction between Blockchain and Flood Network is highlighted in the Flood Network section.

Actual behavior
Benefits of flood network are explained without explicit mention of what would happen if a blockchain were used instead and why understanding this distinction is important.

This is a long topic and I’ve given some in-person talks with videos available in YouTube and elsewhere. It’s probably too dense for ‘Aether 101’ kind of documentation, but if anyone wants to listen to the talks and create an advanced documentation article, we could add it to the docs on the website.
